Sale of DPRI assets to Hendrix and their affiliates was approved by the Court in Rockford, Illinois, June 19, 2000. The transfer of DPRI assets have been completed to the new owners on June 30, 2000. Hendrix Poultry Breeders BV (HPB) will relocate DPRI's genepool, R&D, pureline breeding, production and sales to The Netherlands. HPB will continue breeding and marketing of DPRI products under the current brandname DEKALB.
